How oft have we embraced ?
How oft have we loved ?
Alas !
Tiz but a dream !

Eyes betray not !
Heart stir not !
Mind, crush all thy desires !

How oft have I dreamt this ?
How oft have I planned on what to do at THIS moment ?
Yet, now,
Now when my thoughts have become flesh,
Alas !
I can not ACT !
Mine blood is chilled,
Breath is trapped in mine own body,
Mine body moves not now !
For,
